What We Offer

We offer individual, couple and relationships counseling (including interracial relationships, LGBTQIA+/same-sex relationships, non-traditional relationship structures such as ethical non-monogamous), and family therapy (especially family with adult children).

  • Human relationships are complex very nuanced. I have experience working with couples from different walks of life and wide range of challenges. Some of those challenges include:

    As a member of LGBTQIA+ community and having lived and worked in several countries, I am also very well-versed in queer and LGBTQIA+ relationship therapy including:

    • Ethical Non-Monogamous or Consensual Non-Monogamous (Poly, Open relationships, Monogamish, etc)

    • Non-traditional relationship structures (Vee, Triad, Quad)

    • Kink community

    • Interracial Relationships

  • Family is a microcosm of a society. Most of us first learn how to navigate the world from how we learn to interact with our family. That being said, no family is perfect and often times learning to interact with our family members can be challenging. Family therapy can help you and your loved ones understand, hear, and see one another other despite your generational differences. Whether you’re looking to help your kids to understand your decision during tough time, looking to bridge a gap between you and your adult children, or looking for help to navigate challenges within your family, family therapy can help you with that.
