Therapy by Miles

Culturally sensitive, non-judgemental, and collaborative space for all.

Why We Exist

We provides English-speaking, trauma-informed individual, couple, and family therapy in Bangkok. Grounded in culturally sensitive and integrative psychotherapy, we help expats and locals navigate life transitions, anxiety, and complex trauma.

Because we believe that therapy can change lives and everyone deserves to be seen and heard regardless of their ethnicity, race, culture, age, gender, and sex. Life can be hard and tough and you shouldn’t have to navigate it alone.

Born and raised in Bangkok, internationally educated, and having worked in multiple settings across the world, I believe that there’s no such thing as one-size-fits-all when it comes to therapy. As an integrative psychotherapist, I strive to provide a culturally sensitive and collaborative space for my clients and helping them to gain clarity navigating life in a way that stays true to themselves and to the version they aspire to be. Family Therapy

No family is perfect and sometimes you just need a bit of help to understand, to hear, and to work with your loved ones a bit better despite your generational differences.
